  1. REFLEX SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
  2. THIS IS AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND THE REFLEX CORPORATION. USING THE
  3. SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

  5. License
  6. The Reflex License Agreement grants you a non-exclusive license to use the 
  7. specified version of the Reflex software on any single computer.  
  8.  
  9. The software is protected by United States copyright laws and international 
  10. treaty provision.  There is no transfer to you of any title to or ownership
  11. of the software.  You may not rent or lease the software.  You may not modify,
  12. adapt, translate, engineer, decompile, or change the software, or make any 
  13. attempt to dissolve the executable code to the software.

  15. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Reflex and you and 
  16. supersedes any and all prior agreements between Reflex and you concerning 
  17. this version of Disknet.
  18.  
  19. Terms
  20. This License is in effect until four (4) weeks after Disknet is installed, or 
  21. until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the software
  22. and all copies you have made. It will also terminate if you fail to comply 
  23. with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you 
  24. agree to destroy the software and all copies you have made.  If you do not 
  25. terminate this license agreement four (4) weeks after installation, it
  26. automatically terminates on that date.

  28. Limited Performance Warranty
  29. REFLEX, INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED
  30. (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR 
  31. MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE) 
  32. CONCERNING THIS SOFTWARE AND ITS ACCOMPANYING WRITTEN 
  33. MATERIALS

  35. IN NO EVENT SHALL REFLEX OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY 
  36. DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES 
  37. FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF 
  38. BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR OTHER LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF 
  39. OR INABILITY TO USE THIS REFLEX PRODUCT, EVEN IF REFLEX HAS BEEN 
  40. ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

  42. U.S. Government Restricted Rights
  43. The software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED RIGHTS.  Use, 
  44. duplication, or disclosure by the Government are subject to restrictions set 
  45. forth in subparagraph (eX1Xii) or the rights in technical data and computer 
  46. software classes at DfARS or subparagraphs (eX1) and (2) of the Commercial 
  47. Computer Software Restricted Rights at 4% CFR 52.227.19, as applicable.  
  48. The contractor/manufacturer is Reflex Inc., 24120 Brier Road, Brier, 
  49. Washington  98036. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the 
  50. State of Washington.
